Develop.
Project conception through to project completion.
Underwood assists from feasibility studies, through the Sub-division process to gaining Planning Permit. We consult with our network of specialists to maximise your return while catering for your budget and needs.
Design.
Conception to Construction Drawings.
Underwood liaises with clients to develop a design brief through a series of questions and an initial meeting. We’ll then ask you to sign a design contract, gather feedback from our consultants and provide concept plans. This process can take up to 12 weeks.
Construct.
Bring your Design to Life.
From project drawings we’ll give you a fixed price contract and work with you to ensure all selections are incorporated into your build. We are builders of custom homes and can accommodate to most budgets for either the investor or owner-occupier
